Got an error message when I tried to use the battery: "USE GENUINE BATTERY. -POWER OFF-". I sent it back to AccessoryOne for a refund. I followed up after about 4 weeks; they said they never received it.
I don't know if they sent me a dud, or if the problem is really with my phone itself. First they sent me the wrong battery, which was annoying.But, when I emailed them, they sent me the right one almost immediately, which was nice.But the new battery appears to have no capacity either. It seems to be worse than the one I replaced. I'll probably have to take it to the store now and let them check it with a verifiably new battery. This is the problem with mail order from Amazon Marketplace vendors.
The battery works perfectly fine. I've had it over a month and it's going strong without any hitch or problem. The delivery of the battery was quick and on time. Quite content with the entire experience.
The battery was delivered quickly, was an exact replacement for the factory battery, has performed for several weeks equal to the new one that came with the phone. And, all for a great price. I will shop here again for batteries.
My battery came and it was just as if I had bought it from verizon myself. I saved over $20 including the shipping. Very fast and the product works great.
